Data Deletion Instructions

If you receive WhatsApp messages from a business

• Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat to opt out of further marketing messages from that business. The opt-out is recorded immediately.
• To have your data deleted, email info@ematrixsoftwaresolutions.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including the WhatsApp number you were contacted on and the name of the business that messaged you.

If you have a dashboard account

• Ask your organization owner to remove you from the team, or
• Email info@ematrixsoftwaresolutions.com from the address registered on your account and ask for your account to be deleted.

What happens next

We verify the request, then delete or anonymise the personal data within 30 days, notifying the business concerned where appropriate. A minimal opt-out record may be kept so that we can keep honouring your choice not to be messaged, and some records may be retained where the law requires it.

Messages already delivered to your phone are stored by WhatsApp on your device; you can delete them in the WhatsApp app.
